Our retreat weekends offer you dedicated time and inspirational space for your own creative projects. Use this time to catch up on unfinished passion projects, collaborate with other people in a creative zone, or find a quiet space to focus.
Our space is suitable for works such as sewing, knitting, woodworking, visual arts production, writing, research, movement and dramatic arts. Most projects can be accommodated at the cabin, where we are limited only by size. Since the kitchen is occupied most of the weekend for meal preparation, we can not accommodate individual culinary projects at this time.
Outside of the set mealtimes, you set your own schedule. Create and relax as fits you best, and we’ll do the rest! Now and then, we will have a special guest facilitating a Saturday workshop within the retreat.
Our retreats are all-inclusive, offering two nights’ accommodation and five meals.
The menus for the weekend are centred on local, seasonal food and sometimes include foraged items gathered on our own trails. The region offers us a bounty of small-farmed goods which inspire us to prepare beautiful, nourishing meals, tailored to your preferences and needs.
Friday night offers a meal that works well to greet guests, no matter when you choose to arrive. Sunday ends with an indulgent breakfast before we say our farewells. Non-alcoholic beverages and snacks will be available throughout to keep you fuelled and focused on your project.
